Meeting Report. Thanks to all who attended our December 9 meeting – the first in-person gathering since February 2020. We have submitted some inquiries to the City about the traffic issues that were discussed at the meeting. Also, thanks to newly-elected State Delegate Elizabeth Bennett-Parker, who joined us to prove an update on anticipated legislation to address street racing issues. A presentation also was provided about plans for the construction of a new house at 28 East Maple Street, which will be on the agenda for then Planning Commission’s meeting on February 1.

Holiday Decorating. We’re pleased to announce the winners of Rosemont’s second annual house decorating contest:

* Best Traditional House: 705 Little Street
* Best Modern House: 101 East Oak Street
* Best Traditional Townhouse: 111 Commonwealth Avenue
* Best Modern Townhouse: 106/108 Mount Vernon Avenue
