Braddock Road Metro. The bus loop and kiss & ride lot will re-open on Sunday, November, 3, although certain buses at least in the shortt-term will continue to stop on Braddock Road. Noise Code Updates. The City is soliciting comments on revisions to the City’s noise code, which has not been comprehensively updated in more than 50 years. Rosemont Email List. Yahoo Groups is shutting down most of its functionality. Although the Rosemont email list (https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/rosemontva/info) is separate from the RCA, we are working with the moderator to move the list to a new host, groups.io, to preserve its archives and functionality.
