Stormwater Credits. The deadline to apply for Stormwater Utility Fee credits based on mitigation measures (such as rain barrels or mature trees) is February 15. For 2023, the City has made adjustments to the eligible measures and credit calculations. Real Estate Assessments. The City is expected to mail its annual real estate assessment notices on February 15. Appeals to the City will be due on March 15. The actual bills will not be mailed until May. For more information, please visit https://www.alexandriava.gov/RealEstate.

PELT Committee. The RCA’s Planning, Environment, Land-use, and Transportation Committee continues to meet to discuss infrastructure issues affecting Rosemont. Tentatively, we plan to convene a general RCA meeting in the near future to receive an in-person report from PELT, as well as to discuss changes to how RCA memberships are structured. A written PELT report is attached on a recent meeting between the committee and City staff regarding infrastructure projects in Rosemont.
